Connect ActiveCampaign
Creates or updates an ActiveCampaign contact for every enquiry, so your automations pick them up.

01What it does
- Rules: create or update a contact
02What you need
- API key — kept encrypted, never shown again. Settings → Developer → API Access → Key.
- Account name. The bit before .api-us1.com in the API URL on the same page.
03Connect it
- In ActiveCampaign open Settings → Developer. Copy the Key, and note the URL above it (https://<account>.api-us1.com).
- In your site → Manage → Integrations, choose ActiveCampaign, paste the key and the account name (the part before .api-us1.com), and press Connect.
- Open the Rules tab in your site → Manage → Integrations, choose an event (e.g. "Form submitted") and pick an action from this tool. The fields are pre-filled from the form; glance, then save.
04Check it works
- The card shows Working.
- After a test enquiry the contact is under Contacts.
05If it does not work
- Cannot reach the account — Your API URL uses a different host than api-us1.com. Connect it through Any API with that base URL and the Api-Token header instead.
