Add Surveys to your site
Ask visitors up to eight open questions; answers land in Submissions.

01What it does
- As its own section on the page it is placed on (the home page unless you choose another).
- Studio → Submissions
02What you need
- Questions (one per line, up to 8)
- Section title (optional)
- Send submissions to (email) (optional). Each new submission is emailed here, in addition to your account inbox.
03Connect it
- In Studio → ⋯ → Widgets → Surveys, switch it on.
- Write your "Questions", one per line (up to eight), and optionally a "Section title".
- Optionally fill "Send submissions to (email)" — each submission is emailed there in addition to your account inbox.
- Save, then Publish — widgets go live with your next publish, not before.
04Check it works
- Submit the form once on the live site: the entry appears in Studio → Submissions, and an email arrives at your account address (plus the "Send submissions to" address, if set).
05Not supported yet
- Free-text answers only — no multiple choice, scales or results summary.
