Connect Razorpay

Sends Razorpay payment links (UPI, cards, netbanking) from your own Razorpay account when something happens on your site.

01What it does

  • Rules: send a payment link by SMS and email

02What you need

  • Key ID. Settings → API Keys.
  • Key secret — kept encrypted, never shown again

03Connect it

  1. In the Razorpay Dashboard, switch to Test or Live mode.
  2. Open Account & Settings → API Keys → Generate Key. Razorpay shows the Key Secret only once — copy both values now.
  3. In your site → Manage → Integrations, choose Razorpay, paste the Key ID and Key secret, and press Connect.
  4. Open the Rules tab in your site → Manage → Integrations, choose an event (e.g. "Form submitted") and pick an action from this tool. The fields are pre-filled from the form; glance, then save. Amounts are in paise: ₹499 is 49900.

04Check it works

  • The card shows Working.
  • A test rule run creates a link under Payment Links in the Razorpay Dashboard.

05If it does not work

  • Authentication failed — Key ID and secret come from the same mode. A test Key ID with a live secret fails.
  • Amount is wrong by 100× — Razorpay takes the smallest unit. Map an amount in paise, not rupees.
