Add Delhivery to your site
Creates a Delhivery shipment for an order from Studio → Orders with one click.

01What it does
- Studio → Orders → Ship with Delhivery
02What you need
- API token — kept encrypted, never shown again
- Pickup location name. Exactly as registered in Delhivery → Settings → Pickup locations.
03Connect it
- In the Delhivery One panel, register a pickup location (Settings → Pickup locations) and note its exact name.
- Ask your Delhivery account manager (or the panel's API settings) for your API token.
- In Studio → ⋯ → Widgets → Delhivery, switch it on.
- Enter the "API token" (stored encrypted) and the "Pickup location name" exactly as registered.
- Save. On an order in Studio → Orders, press Ship with Delhivery.
04Check it works
- The order shows a waybill (AWB) in Studio → Orders and appears in the Delhivery panel.
05If it does not work
- "Set your Delhivery pickup-location name" — "Pickup location name" is empty. Fill it in exactly as Delhivery shows it.
- ClientWarehouse matching query does not exist — The pickup location name doesn't match. Copy it character for character, including case.
06Not supported yet
- Parcel dimensions and weight are not captured per order.
- Needs the Growth plan (commerce).
