Connect Google Chat
Posts a message to a Google Chat space on every enquiry.

02What you need
- Webhook URL — kept encrypted, never shown again. The space → Apps & integrations → Webhooks → Add webhook.
03Connect it
- In Google Chat open the space → its name → Apps & integrations → Webhooks → Add webhook (needs a Workspace account).
- Name it and copy the webhook URL.
- In your site → Manage → Integrations, choose Google Chat, paste the URL and press Connect.
- Open the Rules tab in your site → Manage → Integrations, choose an event (e.g. "Form submitted") and pick an action from this tool. The fields are pre-filled from the form; glance, then save.
04Check it works
- Submit your own site's form once, then open the tool's run log (the clock icon on its card): a green row with a 2xx status means the other side accepted it.
- The message appears in the space.
05If it does not work
- No Webhooks option — Your Workspace admin has disabled incoming webhooks, or this is a personal Google account.
