Add Custom Code Injection to your site
Injects your code into <head> or before </body> on every page — for verification tags and scripts with no dedicated widget. Pro plans only.
Updated 2026-11-02
01What it does
- The <head> and end of <body> on every page
02What you need
- Head code (optional). Injected into <head> on every page.
- Body-end code (optional). Injected before </body> on every page.
03Connect it
- In Studio → ⋯ → Widgets → Custom Code Injection, switch it on.
- Paste head snippets (meta tags, styles) into "Head code" and scripts into "Body-end code".
- Save, then Publish — widgets go live with your next publish, not before.
04Check it works
- View the live page's source and find your snippet.
05If it does not work
- An external script doesn't load — The site's script policy only allows inline scripts and hosts that enabled widgets declare. Use the dedicated widget if there is one; turning on the Google Tag Manager widget allows any HTTPS script.
- Cookie banner doesn't cover it — Injected code is not consent-gated. Prefer the GA4, Meta Pixel or GTM widgets, which are.
