Add WhatsApp Inquiry to your site
A WhatsApp bubble that opens a chat with your number and a message already typed for the visitor.

01What it does
- A floating button in the corner you pick, stacked with any other chat bubbles.
02What you need
- Phone number. Include the country code.
- Pre-filled message (optional)
03Connect it
- In Studio → ⋯ → Widgets → WhatsApp Inquiry, switch it on.
- Enter your "Phone number" with the country code.
- Write the "Pre-filled message" the visitor will send (e.g. "Hi! I'd like to know more about…").
- Pick the "Bubble position".
- Save, then Publish — widgets go live with your next publish, not before.
04Check it works
- Tap the bubble on your live site — WhatsApp opens to your number with the message pre-typed.
