01What a credit buys
One credit equals one full site generation. When a generation starts, the credit is reserved; if the generation fails for any reason, the credit is refunded automatically — you never pay for a failure.
02Two kinds of credits
Your balance has two pools. Monthly plan credits come with your plan and reset on your billing period. Bonus credits come from coupon codes and never expire.
Spending order matters: monthly plan credits are spent first, and bonus credits only after the monthly pool is empty — so coupons act as a durable reserve rather than something you burn through by accident.
03Redeem a coupon
- Open Settings → Credits & Coupons.
- Check your balance and usage on the meter.
- Enter your coupon code and redeem it — the bonus credits are added to your durable pool.
TipA failed generation refunds its credit automatically — no support ticket needed. You can confirm on the usage meter in Settings → Credits & Coupons.
