Connect PayPal
Verifies your PayPal REST app so your site can take PayPal payments.
Updated 2026-11-02
01What it does
- Connection check only today
02What you need
- Client ID
- Secret — kept encrypted, never shown again
03Connect it
- Sign in at developer.paypal.com → Apps & Credentials, choose Live (or Sandbox to try it).
- Create an app (type Merchant) or open your existing one, and copy the Client ID and Secret.
- In your site → Manage → Integrations, choose PayPal, paste both and press Connect — CurateOne mints a token to prove the pair works.
04Check it works
- The card shows Working.
05If it does not work
- invalid_client — Sandbox credentials do not work against live PayPal. Use the Live tab's Client ID and Secret.
06Not supported yet
- No actions yet: PayPal can be connected and tested, but no rule can create an order or invoice through it.
