Add AI Chatbot to your site
An AI assistant on your site that answers visitors from your own site content — hours, services, prices. Runs on your AI credits; no key to connect.

01What it does
- A floating chat button and panel on every page
02What you need
- Welcome message (optional)
03Connect it
- In Studio → ⋯ → Widgets → AI Chatbot, switch it on.
- Optionally write a "Welcome message" and pick the "Bubble position".
- Check your site content is accurate — the assistant answers only from it.
- Save, then Publish — widgets go live with your next publish, not before.
04Check it works
- Open the live site, ask a question your site answers (e.g. your opening hours) and get the right answer.
05If it does not work
- The assistant replies with a polite fallback instead of answering — The site hit its 200 messages-per-day cap, or your account is out of AI credits (about 1 credit per 25 messages).
- Wrong answers — The assistant only knows your site. Correct the content in the Studio and republish.
