Connect Zapier
Starts a Zap from any event on your site — the route to the 6,000+ apps we do not connect directly.
Updated 2026-11-02
01What it does
- Rules: start a Zap with the whole event
02What you need
- Catch Hook URL — kept encrypted, never shown again. Zapier → Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook.
03Connect it
- In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook.
- Copy the webhook URL Zapier shows.
- In your site → Manage → Integrations, choose Zapier, paste the URL and press Connect.
- Open the Rules tab in your site → Manage → Integrations, choose an event (e.g. "Form submitted") and pick an action from this tool. The fields are pre-filled from the form; glance, then save.
- Back in Zapier, press Test trigger — it picks up the event you just sent — then build the rest of the Zap.
04Check it works
- Submit your own site's form once, then open the tool's run log (the clock icon on its card): a green row with a 2xx status means the other side accepted it.
- The Zap's history shows the run.
05If it does not work
- Zap does not run — Zaps are off until published. Turn the Zap on.
