Get an email for every form submission
Route each form's submissions to the right inbox — the front desk for bookings, careers for applications.
Updated 2026-07-17
Every lead and form submission already lands in your project's inbox (Leads, or Submissions for widget forms) and notifies your account email. Each form widget can ALSO send its submissions to a dedicated address — so bookings can go to the front desk while job applications go straight to whoever hires.
02Set a notification address
- Open the Widgets drawer and expand the form you care about — contact form, booking, RSVP, survey, job applications and so on.
- Fill in “Send submissions to (email)” with the inbox that should be notified.
- Save the settings, then Publish.
- Submit the form once on your live site and confirm the email arrives (check spam the first time).
TipThe dedicated address is IN ADDITION to your account notification — and an email hiccup can never lose the submission itself, which is always stored in your inbox.
