Add Callback Request to your site
A floating "call us" button that dials your number in one tap on phones.

01What it does
- A floating button in the corner you pick, stacked with any other chat bubbles.
02What you need
- Phone number. Include the country code.
03Connect it
- In Studio → ⋯ → Widgets → Callback Request, switch it on.
- Enter your "Phone number" with the country code and pick the "Bubble position".
- Save, then Publish — widgets go live with your next publish, not before.
04Check it works
- Tap the button on your live site from a phone — the dialler opens with your number.
05Not supported yet
- Despite the name, it is a tap-to-call link — visitors cannot leave their number to request a call back.
