Connect Klaviyo
Creates Klaviyo profiles from your site so your Klaviyo flows can reach them.
Updated 2026-11-02
01What it does
- Rules: create a profile
02What you need
- API key — kept encrypted, never shown again. Settings → API keys → Create private API key.
03Connect it
- In Klaviyo open Settings → API keys → Create Private API Key, with Full Access or at least Profiles and Accounts read/write.
- In your site → Manage → Integrations, choose Klaviyo, paste the key (starts pk_) and press Connect.
- Open the Rules tab in your site → Manage → Integrations, choose an event (e.g. "Form submitted") and pick an action from this tool. The fields are pre-filled from the form; glance, then save.
04Check it works
- The card shows Working.
- After a test enquiry the profile appears under Audience → Profiles.
05If it does not work
- 409 duplicate profile — That email already has a profile in Klaviyo — nothing to fix.
- 403 on test — The key lacks the Accounts read scope. Edit the key's scopes or create a Full Access key.
