Connect Microsoft Teams
Posts a message to a Microsoft Teams channel on every enquiry.
Updated 2026-11-02
01What it does
- Rules: post a message
02What you need
- Workflow URL — kept encrypted, never shown again. Teams → the channel → Workflows → post to a channel.
03Connect it
- In Teams, open the channel → ⋯ → Workflows → "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received".
- Name the workflow, confirm the team and channel, and copy the URL it gives you.
- In your site → Manage → Integrations, choose Microsoft Teams, paste the URL and press Connect.
- Open the Rules tab in your site → Manage → Integrations, choose an event (e.g. "Form submitted") and pick an action from this tool. The fields are pre-filled from the form; glance, then save.
04Check it works
- Submit your own site's form once, then open the tool's run log (the clock icon on its card): a green row with a 2xx status means the other side accepted it.
- The message appears in the channel.
05If it does not work
- Old Office 365 connector URL stopped working — Microsoft retired O365 connectors. Create a Workflows webhook as above and paste the new URL.
