- Every page of the published site (head tag, consent-gated)
02What you need
- Project ID
03Connect it
- In Microsoft Clarity, create a project with your site's address.
- Open Settings → Overview and copy the Project ID (about 10 lowercase letters and digits).
- In Studio → ⋯ → Widgets → Microsoft Clarity, switch it on.
- Paste it into "Project ID".
- Save, then Publish — widgets go live with your next publish, not before.
04Check it works
- Open the LIVE site in a private window and accept analytics cookies — the tag only loads after consent, never in the Studio preview.
- Clarity's dashboard shows the tag as installed and a recording appears within about an hour.
