Add Shiprocket to your site
Pushes an order to Shiprocket from Studio → Orders with one click, using a Shiprocket API user.
Updated 2026-11-02
01What it does
- Studio → Orders → Ship with Shiprocket
02What you need
- API user email — kept encrypted, never shown again. Create an API user in Shiprocket → Settings → API.
- API user password — kept encrypted, never shown again
03Connect it
- In Shiprocket, set up a Primary pickup address (Settings → Pickup Addresses).
- Open Settings → API → Configure → Create an API user with an email different from your login, and set its password.
- In Studio → ⋯ → Widgets → Shiprocket, switch it on.
- Enter the "API user email" and "API user password" — both are stored encrypted.
- Save. On an order in Studio → Orders, press Ship with Shiprocket.
04Check it works
- The order shows a Shiprocket order ID in Studio → Orders and appears under Orders in Shiprocket.
05If it does not work
- "Couldn't find a 6-digit PIN code" — The customer's address has no PIN code. Ask for it and edit the address.
- Login failed — Use the API user's credentials, not your Shiprocket login.
06Not supported yet
- Creates the order only — choosing a courier, generating the AWB and pickup happen in Shiprocket.
- Every parcel is declared as 10×10×10 cm, 0.5 kg; city and state are left for Shiprocket to fill from the PIN code.
- Needs the Growth plan (commerce).
